Escrow & Review Application

Certain development applications require the Township to obtain assistance above and beyond what is associated with a typical application. In these cases, an escrow account may be established to cover the additional expenses associated with these reviews. The initial deposit for an escrow account is listed below. Each escrow account may need to be replenished by the applicant if additional activity is required for completion of the application.
